STEP 1: EDUCATION 
 
I always begin with a consultation to educate you on the current market and buying process, answer any of your questions, and give you a tailor-made action plan to accomplish your home goals.
STEP 2: SHOWINGS
 
Once you are pre-approved, we will start sending you homes daily based on your criteria through text and email. Once a home hits the market you want to see, our showings coordinator or I will show you the house before it gets crazy.
STEP 3: GUIDANCE
 
Sometimes having good negotiating skills isn't enough. Every situation is different and I have seen them all. You will receive expert guidance from me on how you should make your offer to give you the best chance of winning.
STEP 4: CLOSING
 
After your offer is accepted, we will walk you through the entire closing process (30 to 45 days). You will have a full-time transaction coordinator handling your file to ensure you receive all the proper disclosures, documents, etc. We will help you navigate and negotiate any potential pitfalls and expertly turn any negatives into positives.
